Arlene Zimmerman

Arlene Zimmerman, Office Operations Manager of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark’s Ormond Beach office, has been involved with Real Estate Office Operations since 1990 under the supervision of Edward Schwarz, Broker. After a series of mergers, Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark was formed in 2007 and Arlene became a part of this new commercial real estate company.
In her capacity as Office Operations Manager, Arlene is responsible for the day to day functions of the commercial real estate office. She also participates in the management of the office building which houses CBCB. She is further qualified as a Broker/Associate and brings knowledge and experience to the advisors she serves.
Arlene relocated to Ormond Beach from New Jersey in 1978. Her approach to real estate is to provide honesty, integrity and knowledge to clients and customers and agents.
