Chris Wimsatt

ABOUT

Chris has been actively involved within the real estate and community building industry for over 17 years within multiple states and multiple roles. This work has involved engaging with a range of clients including some of the largest companies domestically and internationally to local small business owners/operators, investors, and community leaders on topics such as real estate development, redevelopment, site selection, brokerage, strategic planning, statistical analysis, financial analysis, and marketing. Over this time Chris has learned that real estate investments represent more than a simple transaction for his clients and need to take into account a more holistic understanding of the long-term-goals and decision factors of each client in order to identify the right investment opportunity.
In addition to his real estate related activities, Chris has also been a small business owner, consultant, and investor which only enhances his understanding of what his clients must manage on a daily basis and drives him to provide the highest level of service for his clients.
