After separating from the Army and serving in Vietnam, obtained a Virginia Real Estate Agent's License in 1972. Founded Northern Virginia Futures, Inc, an entity that owned, operated and developed apartments, office buildings, shopping centers, and warehouses in Virginia, Maryland, DC,Tennessee, and Florida. Obtained a Virginia Real Estate Broker's License in 1973 and founded Premier Properties, Inc. Began divesting majority of real properties and dissolving ownership entities, but continued to personally own and operate apartments, office buildings and shopping center in 1995. Dissolved real estate entity in 1996. Obtained Florida Real Estate Broker's License with CB Commercial, Naples, Florida in 1997. Placed Virginia Broker's License with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Arlington, VA in 2013.
