Eugene Hill has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2001. He specializes exclusively in Inland Empire medical properties, including hospitals, clinics, and private practice offices, Medical Office Investment Sales, and Office Investment Sales.
Over the course of his commercial brokerage career, Hill has produced new leases totaling well over 350,000 square feet of space.
Hill is also a Navy veteran with 22 years of dedicated service as a Chief of Naval Operations, Search and Rescue Model Manager. He is the recipient of the 1992 Naval Air Systems Command West Coast Sailor of the Year.
He is also fluent in English and Spanish.
