With more than 20 years of experience in the asset management of commercial retail investment portfolios, Kimberly (Kimmie KC) Carter possesses the knowledge and business acumen necessary to effectuate the timely execution of multi-unit real estate investment transactions. As a licensed broker she offers premier real estate services, specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, multi-family apartments underwriting and investments, franchises, lease administration and property management. Kimmie’s interest in real estate was piqued as a child as she watched her mother, Mary, a Landlord, collect rent from her Tenant in the guesthouse behind their home and another Tenant who leased a parcel of land to plant crops. These early childhood experiences have given Kimberly an innate capacity to represent investors of income producing properties.
Additionally, Kimmie’s expertise includes multi-industry company accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) , international business, sales and marketing, insurance and risk management, document management, organizational support, project management, arts & entertainment. Kimmie has a B.A. International Business cum laude degree through the Forbes School of Business conferred by Ashford University. She also holds an A.S. degree from Davenport University with a double major in Accounting and Business, has accumulated more than 30 years of accounting experience and maintains CPA continue education credits. Outside of business, Kimmie is a creative powerhouse – a culinary artist, coffee distributor , composer of inspirational works of poetry and song, maker of BEYOND ORDINARY custom embroidery and personalized gifts, to name a few.
