Mark Lithall is a fixture in the Chicago land commercial real estate market for the last twenty-one years. Promoting well over $950,000,000 in property values. Mark has earned himself an impressive reputation as one of Chicago’s most flourishing and experienced commercial and investment real estate experts.

Currently under the umbrella of Coldwell Banker commercial, a worldwide commercial real estate service company. Prior to Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mark was an accomplished commercial real estate specialist (apartments) with Hallmark & Johnson Properties, Ltd (1990-2005). In addition to receiving numerous industry accolades for his outstanding performance as a top commercial unit producer, Mark received the President’s Club Award for achieving the highest level of commercial real estate sales during his tenure with Hallmark & Johnson Properties, Ltd.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University, Mark decided to peruse a career in outside sales. Starting with a major Chicago land food broker and moving on to a sales position with Hunt – Wesson foods and later Beatrice foods International. As an outside sales representative, Mark acquired a variety of practical sales and marketing skills and was continuously recognized as a “Top Performer”. Today Mark, in the commercial real estate market, maintains this same level of ambition and selling fortitude as exemplified in his past career.
