Jimmy Ku has been a Commercial Real Estate Investment Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers where he specializes in buying/selling/leasing commercial Industrial Warehouse , Office , and Retail properties for his clients since July 2015. He has lived in Georgia since 1975 and graduated from University of Georgia. He has seen the tremendous growth in metro Atlanta after 1996 Summer Olympics. He has the in depth knowledge about Atlanta and its real estate market. He is an enthusiastic, client-responsive, and detail-oriented professional with strong sales, financial, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills in both English and Chinese . Before joining CBCMB, Jimmy retired from IBM Corporation in December 2013 after 25 successful years. At IBM, he performed various jobs successfully from Systems Programmer, Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Mainframe Sales Specialist, and Storage Sales Specialist. During his last 8 years with IBM, Jimmy sold Mainframe computers to several large Georgia companies such as Norfolk Southern Railroad, The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Enterprise, International Hotels Group, Southern Company, and many other local government and university accounts. He has served on the Board of Directors on IBM Atlanta Quarter Century Club (IBMers with a minimum of 25 years of service) since 2013. He has been an avid tennis player in ALTA and USTA tennis leagues since 1985. He also has served as an USTA tennis captain for 20+ years.
