Craig Morby has been a resident of Lakeland Florida since 1995, and specializes in general commercial real estate, including land, industrial, retail and multifamily properties. Craig is originally from London England, was raised in Toronto Canada, and worked as a National Account Manager for business travel and corporate card with American Express for 10 years before making the move with his family to Lakeland. While in Lakeland, Craig was the managing partner of a successful family business, and has been practicing real estate since 2006. In 2010, Craig made the move from residential to commercial real estate and has brokered the sale and acquisition of property throughout the State of Florida. Craig calls Lakeland home, and is involved in the local arts and music community, as well as being a passionate Tampa Bay Lightning hockey supporter. My core belief is that anything can be accomplished with distinct customer service. The principle of customer service exists from the highest-ranking CEO to the minimum wage worker. Each is a necessary and I'd argue, equally important cog in their respective business. Businesses who live by the distinct customer service rule generally outlive those who do not embrace the concept. Distinct customer service and gaining trust are my dual number one tasks in any business relationship. We live in a world full of ever advancing technology, and as we applaud each and every new innovation, and take advantage of those innovations, we should not lose sight of traditional and proven ways of communicating. I count the telephone and in- person meetings among these. Over the past many years, I have evolved in the real estate business, and my concentration has moved into the commercial domain. I have represented buyers and sellers in a wide variety of transactions, both size and type, including industrial, office, retail, and vacant land sales, while also having strong exposure and experience in the leasing market. I have confidence in my ability not only to negotiate deals on behalf of my clients, but to ensure all areas of the contract and conditions have been fully vetted so as to protect my seller and/or buyer. Commercial real estate requires a level of detail not known in the traditional residential market, and as such, one must be diligent in gaining all of the facts during the transaction. The detail-oriented nature of the business has made me a better, more effective person and real estate associate. I look forward to serving you and hope to hear from you soon.Specialties
