Over a decade's worth of market-cycle tested commercial real estate experience culminate into a high-level skillset inclusive of short sale negotiations, bank-owned dispositions and broker price opinion reporting for lending institutions and 3rd party asset managers. General understanding of property management, asset preservation guidance and strategic vendor relations. Currently in pursuit of coveted CCIM designation thru Candidate Membership.
