Based in Orlando, Florida, Mr. Germano's 20 years of real estate experience is wide ranging in terms of geography, property types and skills. He is responsible for the investment sales, consultations, valuations and operator selection with clients owning hospitality assets throughout the USA, Latin America, The Caribbean, Middle East and Asia. His passion and natural ability to identify emerging trends makes him one of the most trusted names in real estate. His clients include developers, high-profile owners, investors, lenders, funds and other entities who rely on his expertise for a full range of acquisitions, dispositions, financing, land use, zoning, development, construction and government relations concerns. His ability to deliver exceptional market intelligence helps his clients successfully naviagate and thrive in the most competitive markets. Mr. Germano's strong relationships with hotel brands asset managers, C level executives and experienced hospitality investors enabled him to quickly bring the most qualified prospects in the 2017 $2.8 billion asset disposition of the Marriott/Starwood portfolio in Latin America. Other notable project involvements includes: The Four Seasons Orlando, Ritz Carlton St. Thomas, Ritz Carlton Cayman Island, Ritz Carton Palm Beach, Sheraton Buenos Aires, Sheraton Mexico City, dual branded Marriott Olympic Village Rio de Janeiro, St. Regis Longboat Key, Quin Hotel Manhattan, new developments and other confidential projects. Mr. Germano's team of resources includes leading hospitality attorneys experienced with $71 billion of hotel purchases, sales and financing involving more than 3,800 properties throughout the world and handling more than $1.5 billion of EB-5 financing in the last 18 months. Mr. Germano was born in Mendoza, Argentina from Italian and Spanish parents. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree and attended the prestigious National Technological University in Cordoba, Argentina. During his career in real estate, he attended several conferences and education courses, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and Cornell School of Hotel Administration. He is active with several research and development organizations such as the Urban Land Institute.
