Joel Johnson - Commercial

Joel Johnson is an accomplished Real Estate Professional where he was the Director of Real Estate for one of the largest publicly traded owner and operator of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use assets, overseeing a portfolio of 16+ properties, consisting of approximately 2.7 million (up to 4.2M) square feet of retail commercial and office space. In this capacity he was responsible for the leasing efforts of each asset including developing leasing budgets, canvassing, tenant retention, negotiating lease proposals, amendments and renewals, and managing a broker network. Work and coordinated with Legal, Property Management, Asset Management, Construction/Tenant Coordination, Finance and Accounting Teams daily. He is looking to bring his unique experience and expertise working for one of the largest institutional landlords to help serve his clients' needs in northwest Idaho.
