Kim Iler Morgan is a seasoned commercial real estate agent with more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, distinguished by a strong foundation in banking and financial advising. Prior to entering real estate, she built a successful career as a banker and licensed securities advisor, developing expertise in personal and commercial banking, financing, wealth management, and financial planning. Kim’s financial expertise includes REITs, 1031 Exchanges, defined benefit plans, and diverse investment strategies, along with extensive experience in residential development and Planned Unit Development (PUD) projects. A highly respected industry leader, Kim has served as Past President of the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, Past Director of the Savannah Area REALTORS®, Past Vice President of Government Affairs and Chair of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee and currently serves as Georgia Association of REALTORS® Region 13 Director. Her leadership and results have earned her local and global recognition, including being named REALTOR® of the Year by the Savannah Area REALTORS® in 2024 and achieving Top Two Percent Agent Worldwide status with her brokerage.
Beyond brokerage success, Kim is deeply engaged in policy, advocacy, and economic development at the local, state, and national levels.
