Brandon Sudweeks leads the Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC) team, a group of more than 20 commercial real estate professionals operating in offices in San Diego and Temecula, California. Under his leadership, the team delivers comprehensive commercial real estate services, including brokerage, property management, and investment advisory.

Brandon is dedicated to providing first-class service while fostering a collaborative, small-business culture that prioritizes client relationships and results. A highly experienced investment and land development specialist, he has successfully completed transactions exceeding $1 billion in total value. His accomplishments have earned recognition from leading national real estate publications, including Real Estate Forum, CoStar, and GlobeSt.

In addition to his leadership and transactional success, Brandon is a sought-after keynote speaker and moderator at commercial real estate conferences and industry events.

Prior to joining CBC SC, Brandon served as Sales and Acquisitions Manager for Sudweeks Development, where he played a key role in delivering multiple office and medical development projects and facilitated the sale of thousands of residential lots in award-winning communities. His deep background in real estate development gives him a distinct, strategic perspective that enhances the value he brings to his clients.
