Normal, Ill. (July 7, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of a 35,400 square feet office building located at 2000 Jacobssen Dr. in Normal, Ill. in a transaction valued at $2.5 million.

A.J. Thoma III, CCIM, SIOR, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty and Eddie Rymer of JLL, represented the seller in the transaction.

The two-story Class A building, constructed in 2002, measures 35,400 square feet and is situated on 2.44 acres of land. 

“The building was in excellent condition but did not contain enough space to host all their employees. The corporate office market has shifted throughout the pandemic with emphasis on remote working situations, flexible hours, and shared desk space. We were able to identify a local buyer that needed significantly more space than they currently had. The transaction worked out well for all parties involved,” said Thoma.
