KIDDIE ACADEMY IN MECHANICSBURG, PENN. SELLS FOR $3.7 MILLION

Mechanicsburg, Penn. (January 3, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented the buyer in the acquisition of Kiddie Academy®, located at 188 Woods Dr. in Mechanicsburg, Penn. The transaction value was $3.7 million. 

Faraz Cheema, CCIM, MSRE, and Erin Downey, commercial real estate professionals with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, represented the buyer in the transaction.

Since its inception in 1981, Kiddie Academy has been a leader in educational childcare. The company serves families and their children ages six weeks to 12 years old, offering full-time care, before- and after-school care and summer camp programs. Kiddie Academy domestic franchising is based in Maryland and operates over 300 academies in 29 states and the District of Columbia.
