Evansville, Wyo. (February 23, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented the seller in the disposition of a 147,800 square feet industrial property located in Evansville, Wyo. The property sold for $9.5 million.

Dennis Baker, CCIM, a commercial real estate professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial The Legacy Group, represented the seller in the transaction.

The two-story property, located at 350 Coal Creek Rd., was built in 2012, is situated on 16 acres of land and is in proximity to Interstate Highway 25 and U.S. Highway 20/26. The property contains industrial fabrication facilities as well as laboratory, office and warehouse spaces.
