BAYFRONT WESTCOTT HOUSE IN ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA. SOLD FOR $5.25 MILLION

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (July 5, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of the historic Bayfront Westcott House, a luxury bed-and-breakfast, located at 146 Avenida Menendez in St. Augustine, Fla. in a transaction valued at $5.25 million.

Rich O’Brien, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Properties, represented the seller in the transaction.

The three-story building, built in 1880 and overlooking Matanzas Bay, has 16 guest rooms.
