Tom Jackson

Tom Jackson is a Senior Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group. Prior to joining the CBC team, was a Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates. Tom brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in land sales, and office and industrial sales and leasing. Tom has worked extensively in both the Orange County market and the Inland Empire area. In recent years, Tom has focused on land and industrial markets in the Temecula Valley.
Tom has gained extensive knowledge and experience in commercial and residential land development in Southwest Riverside County. He is able to offer extensive and accurate valuation guidance to clients. Tom has represented prestigious clients such as; First Bank, Cal Poly Technical Institute, Whiticare Corp, Carter Investments and more.
