Dave Richey

Dave Richey is a Director of Commercial Sales & Leasing with Coldwell Banker Commercial, CBH specializing in sale and lease transactions involving office, retail, industrial, and land and investment properties. Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial team in 2008, Dave has owned and operated various businesses including Images of Princeton, Images of Cherry Hill and Imagine Advertising Group. His knowledge and experience as a successful business owner and his personal experience with buying and selling investment properties have allowed him to successfully maximize his client’s financial needs and goals. In addition, with a strong business and real estate background, Dave offers his clients the personal attention and advice needed to guide them through the sale, purchase or leasing of all their business assets and transactions. He has a BS in Business Administration from Stockton College and attended the New York Institute of Finance Securities Analysis Program. Dave was born and raised in Princeton, NJ and has been a resident of Solebury, PA for the past 11 years.
