Alicia Hornyak

Alicia Hornyak is a Senior Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial SC. She currently handles land, retail, and industrial transactions; however, her specialty lies in the retail sector. She began her career in residential real estate with Realty Executives in 2007. She later moved to MGR Commercial in 2011, making the transition from residential to commercial brokerage. Since then, she has represented clients such as Boost Mobile as well as various gyms, churches, and clothing retailers. Hornyak is the recipient of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s 2014 Quarter 4 Top Listing Award. She received a Master in Commercial Property certificate (MICP) from the Mike Lipsey School of Real Estate. When she is not closing real estate transactions, she and her husband co-run a family restaurant that they have owned for the past 12 years. She and her family currently reside in Moreno Valley, California.
