Felecia Elias has over 25 years' experience in construction lending, commercial real estate lending, international commercial product exporting, residential and commercial construction management, development, green construction consulting, development consulting, and commercial real estate brokerage. Felecia won the 2009 Builder of the Year Award and the 2012 President's Award for Outstanding Achievement from the Builders Association of Greater Boston Felecia worked for Citibank, Home Owners Savings Bank and Lawrence Savings Bank as a VP where she headed a 7 bank consortium for purchase/rehab loans in distressed neighborhoods. She also headed a multistate condominium lending program and spoke at many public events. She has also exported structural steel truss frames and commercial plumbing supplies, among other products, to Latin America. Felecia was the 2013 President of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and was a National Director for NAHB. She is currently a State Director of the MA Builders Association and serves on the wetlands and development committees. Felecia is a LEED AP and a Certified Green Building Professional through NAHB. She is certified HUD National Trainer in their Multifamily Green Renovations Program and a certified Instructor for the MA CEU credits for the Construction Supervisor's License. She provides Energy Star, LEED, and National Green Building Standard consulting and certification to commercial and residential development teams. Felecia speaks Spanish, German, and Portuguese fluently along with some Arabic and Italian. She has consulted in Germany for a German developer wanting to add retail and office properties to a fund marketed to American investors. Felecia has a far reaching network of investors, developers, tenant reps, builders, subcontractors, real estate company CEOs and other related professionals.
