After over twenty years in the business, Joseph is an expert broker representing clients in the sale, lease, and purchase of commercial real estate. He understands the needs of the New York investor and has helped hundreds of clients sell their properties at prices they did not think possible.
Just as important, however, is Joseph’s incredible capacity as a leader. After working first as a commercial agent and then as an independent broker, he made the decision to affiliate with Coldwell Banker in 2008. Now, as the Principal Broker at Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate in New York City and The Hamptons, Joseph has become an essential member of the leadership team and a key factor in the company’s growth.
Skilled as both a manager and a mentor, Joseph has proved invaluable in driving development and growth, as well as recruiting and training sales agents, brokers, and managers. He is instrumental in financial analysis and operations, and recently negotiated a merger that doubled the size of the company. Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate is now a regional company with offices in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and The Hamptons.
As part of the global Coldwell Banker network, Joseph is one of the few people responsible for the brand’s growth in the five boroughs of New York City and The Hamptons.
