MADISON, N.J. (May 03, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates recently announced its annual award recipients for 2016 and honored Catherine O’Toole, Partner for the New York office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, for receiving three of the franchise brand’s top accolades:
- O’Toole made history as the first female to receive the title of top salesperson in New York State in 2016;
- She earned the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Gold award, given to top-performing brokers who have closed over $500,000 in adjusted gross income;
- And also received the Coldwell Banker Commercial Top 2 award, which recognizes the top two percent of the brand’s sales professionals.

O’Toole has over two decades of Manhattan commercial real estate experience, having closed over three million square feet of transactions over her career. In 2016, O’Toole represented major commercial real estate transactions, including projects such as The Yard at 116 Nassau Street, one of the largest coworking spaces in New York City, and HMS Productions at 250 West 39th Street. She has also worked with high-profile clients including Alduwaliya Asset Management, G-Holdings LLC and LPC Advisors Group.
