Mr. Connell specializes in Retail/Office space and is responsible for assisting business owners and individuals with property acquisition and disposition on a local and national basis for Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtor's growing customer base. Mr. Connell has 20 years of executive management experience during which he has received multiple awards for accelerating company production. Having an extensive background in the retail industry Randy has experience with retail site selection and investment real estate. He provides the economic opportunities for his clients so they can capture additional financial rewards, and is known for his strong ethics, trustworthiness, problem solving, and people skills. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a Marketing degree, Mr. Connell, was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. His community involvement includes but are not limited to, active member of the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International, Member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Founder and Executive Director of the M.B.J. Foundation for SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome research & awareness), American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.
