Now Manager of the Commercial division, Bryce joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2001 as a sales professional. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Business and Public Administration, double-majoring in Marketing and Management. Bryce has been involved in site selection for national chains, local businesses, and entrepreneurs throughout the region. He is a licensed real estate agent in North Dakota and Minnesota. Bryce attained his CCIM designation in Vancouver, B.C. He is a member of the Fargo-Moorhead Association of Realtors, Fargo-Moorhead Chamber of Commerce, Young Professional Network, and Commercial Exchange Group (COMEX).
