Randy has been in the Real Estate profession since 1986 with a strong background and emphasis on Commercial Sales and Land Development since 1999. Randy specializes in Office, Apartments, Retail Centers, Buyer Representation and Land Acquisitions. Randy has successfully closed assignments for Roundy’s Grocery Centers, Medical Office Buildings, Apartment Projects and Land Acquisitions. Randy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtors Association and Commercial Brokers Group of South Central Wisconsin Randy serves on the Board for the Chamber of Commerce in Fitchburg, Wisconsin and is the Director/President for Spartans Youth Football, Inc. a feeder program for James Madison Memorial High School.
