Scott joined Coldwell Banker Commercial First Realty-Encore in 1998. He brought his strong sales and marketing experience to the real estate industry and has been making an impact ever since. Scott was born and raised in North Dakota and moved to Fargo in 1972. His background is in marketing, sales, teaching and public speaking. He has managed both retail and service businesses in Fargo, and was the Marketing Director and Assistant Manager for the largest shopping center between Minneapolios, MN and Seattle, WA for five years. Scott was both Local and Regional Sales Manager for NBC TV station in the Fargo/Grand Forks market. He has also worked as an independent sales and marketing consultant.
