Loye Hamilton, Owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hamilton & Associates, is a Cleveland native and licensed in the state of Tennessee and Georgia. He became a licensed real estate professional in 1978 and has maintained Multi Million Dollar production since that time as well as earning the Circle of Distinction designation which honor bestowed upon the top-ranking producer among the 4,000 Coldwell Banker Commercial associates. Mr. Hamilton specializes in marketing commercial land sales, business brokerage and all types of leasing and sales of industrial, commercial and multi-family properties. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, GRI. He is also a member of the River Counties Association of REALTORS, the Chattanooga MLS, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
