Dennis Olson has been in the real estate business for over 50 years in the Fargo, North Dakota and Moorhead, Minnesota areas. Dennis previously owned his own company with a staff of 10-12 salespersons specializing in commercial, residential, investments, farm and lakeshore properties. Dennis has worked full-time with Coldwell Banker Commercial First Realty-Encore for over 28 years, specializing in leasing, commercial sales and investments, farms and ranches in the states of North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota. He is licensed in North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota. Dennis also served in the Army from 1958 - 1960 in Active Duty plus four years in the Reserve.
