Loye Hamilton & Boyd Williams founded Hamilton & Williams in 1983 and was the first Coldwell Banker office to open in Tennessee. In 1998 CBCH&A was also one of the first addendum commercial to residential offices in the Company. In 2001 Mr. Hamilton acquired the office from his partner and the name was changed to Hamilton & Associates. Coldwell Banker Commercial Hamilton & Associates services, Cleveland, Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Loye was approved as an exclusive Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate in 2006 and along with his team of five affiliate brokers opened his full service office in May, 2006.
