Connie Doumenis is an experienced real estate professional. Her experience consists of management of residential, office, retail, industrial properties; the sale and acquisition of shopping centers and apartment complexes, and leasing of office, retail and industrial space. She serves on The Grievance Committee at the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Greater Miami & the Beaches as well as Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisory Board. Her production levels have earned her the Circle of Distinction Awards. Ms. Doumenis holds a bachelor degree in Interpersonal Communication and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. She has also earned the BOMA RPA designation (Real Property Administrator) and CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member)

Retail - Sold grocery anchored and national tenanted shopping centers in Florida and Texas.

Office - Has been a property manager of large office buildings for clients such as Lend Lease and TIAA. Has also been active in leasing office space in Miami.

Sales - Sold apartment complexes, shopping centers, and warehouse facilities throughout Florida and outside of Florida.
