Specialty: Multi-Family Sam graduated from Austin Peay State University of Tennessee in 1969, with degrees in Economics and Mathematics. He entered the real estate business in 1981 as a condominium project builder then joined Merrill Lynch Realty in 1989. Prior to this, Sam had been an executive with IBM and an International Economic consultant.
