Prior to being a realtor, I held various management positions with US and foreign based Airlines.  I would later become the youngest VP in the seventy-year history of a company that specialized in the manufacturing of new and retreaded aircraft tires. In 2000, I became a realtor specializing in the sale of businesses; with or without real estate. It was exciting to see my clients' entrepreneurial spirit come alive as they purchased a business and often it was their first! Today, it's equally rewarding to see how these companies have prospered as I remain friends with many of my previous clients. In 2002, I actually purchased my own listing, a trucking company (18-wheelers)  and managed it along with my brother and sister.  After growing the company from five to seventeen trucks in less than a year and achieving annual sales exceeding $5M, we were victimized by Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma in a span of 60 days.  The company was closed and the assets liquidated in early 2006. In 2007 I returned to real estate and look forward to utilizing my experience to assist my "new" clients buy and sell properties while maximizing their profits.

General Commercial Real Estate - I've listed and sold multi-unit apartment buildings for $500k to retail-type properties exceeding $3m.

Industrial - I also serve as a consultant for several trucking companies, whether or not for sale.
