After two years of education in Manchester, England, David came to Southern California in 1978 to continue his study in mechanical engineering. In 1986 he became a real estate licensee and two years later he received his broker license. From the start he took his job very seriously. He worked so diligently that in a short time he became the top agent in his office for two years. Later he joined Fred Sands and he has always been among the top 5 to 10% of the company’s top agents. Through the past 21 years he has dealt in all aspects of real estate, such as short pay off, foreclosure and probate. He has extensively represented banks nationwide. He also has been appointed by the bankruptcy court, as their agent. His efforts have been concentrated to maximize the return for his clients in the shortest possible time.
