For example, I have led the lease negotiations, property tax negotiations, and managed the building service contractors for multiple commercial and industrial rental properties, including several 40,000 sq. ft. industrial buildings, a 25,000 sq. ft. office building, and a 24,000 sq. ft. multi-family. I have negotiated leases with large financial institutions, international manufacturers, medical consortiums, and other similar institutions. Developed the site, oversaw construction and obtained low cost (Industrial Revenue Bond) financing for a 40,000 sq. ft. industrial building that served as corporate headquarters for my business and rental space for warehouse and office tenants.
