2005 In 2005 our team, led by Gloria Spanjers and Mike Nolen, Sr., was not only #1 in Florida, but was #1 in Coldwell Banker Commercial's Southern Region (including Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee and Virginia)!!! 2006 turned out to be another banner year! We continued our winning ways even as the commercial market cooled some in 2006 and were the top team in Central Florida! In the first quarter of 2007, we were tops in Central Florida again and in the top 10% statewide!
