Pam Kroeger has a diverse background as an entrepreneur and commercial real estate asset manager. Pam accredits her knowledge as a former business owner to her ability to create a win/win transaction for both parties of a lease or property acquisition. Pam currently specializes in tenant and landlord representation of retail and office leasing as well as Hotel & Resort sales on a national level. Pam has earned her CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation from the International Counsel of Shopping Centers. Pam was part of a team that won the 2007 MSCA Starr Award for a redevelopment project in Dinkytown, U of M campus. Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – University of Minnesota and Madison University. Certificate of Completion of the Entrepreneurship Strategies in Growth program at the University of Saint Thomas Graduate School.
