Mr. Neill has over 40 years of executive management experience in the corporate world both domestically and internationally.  He has been responsible for the building and operation of 4 manufacturing plants, including the set up of assembly lines.  His industrial experience allows him to fully understand the concerns of both the buyer and seller of industrial properties.  Additionally, Mr. Neill has 5 years of M&A experience for industrial and commercial types of businesses.

Industrial - He has been responsible for the acquisition, construction and operation of 4 industrial plants.

General Commercial Real Estate - He has been responsible for the leasing of 15 corporate offices

Corporate Services - Has been responsible for site selection,design and construction of three manufacturing facilities.
