Bill has been active in commercial real estate since 2005. He joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008 and has experience in sale and lease transactions involving office, retail, industrial, land and investment property. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Bill was Director of Brokerage for Vatterott Properties where he was responsible for a commercial portfolio well exceeding half a million square feet. While at Vatterott Properties, Bill completed 86 transactions equivalent to over $15,200,000 in business. Bill has successfully worked with small to mid-sized companies as well as large companies including: Vatterott College, Liberty Tax, H&R Block, Save-A-Lot, Citi Trends, Auto Trader Publications, ABC Supply, Jackson Hewitt, Assist-2-Sell, American Family Insurance, David J. Joseph Co., Hollywood Video, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, KinderCare, Youth-In-Need and St. Louis Community Credit Union. Bill took classes in International Business Studies at Universitat Augsburg in Augsburg, Germany.
