Dan Altstatt is a sales and leasing member of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Team providing services to tenants, buyers and owners who seek Commercial Real Estate business solutions within the Twin Cities markets. Working alongside our Office and Retail Teams, Dan focuses his attention on providing client solutions throughout the West and North Metro. Since 2000 Dan has gained valuable experience within the public and private sector completing Sales, Marketing and Service related tasks. Prior to joining CBC Griffin Dan was a Staffing Consultant for Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies where he provided talent to their Thermo King business line in Bloomington, MN. Dan has a Bachelors of Communication Arts and Sciences from the University Of North Dakota. Beyond his professional career Dan has served with the AmeriCorps of Orlando, Florida and is locally involved with the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s, “Dark Socks Classic” serving on their Board of Directors. Dan is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and is actively involved in their Emerging Broker program.
