Michael joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008 and handles general types of commercial real estate including industrial, office, and retail properties. Michael’s experience in business development and project management has given him the opportunity to understand business needs and identify solutions. His relationship skills combined with his understanding of business needs provides a strong foundation for helping clients with their real estate needs. Prior to joining us, Michael worked for 15 years in distribution where he focused on developing new business through proposing and developing customer focused solutions. A large part of his role was to identify market trends, meet with clients and employees, listen to needs and help to identify solutions. Michael will aggressively work to thoroughly understand his client’s needs and help them to reach their goals.
