After 15+ years of buying, building and selling property for her own personal investments, Lana decided to obtain a real estate license and begin to help others with their real estate needs. Lana has experience in listing and selling land, businesses, multi-family property and office retail space.   Lana is currently working on her CCIM designation.  This graduate-level curriculum gives recognition of having attained a level of qualifying experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.  It offers the opportunity to form a business networking opportunity encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America.  Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners, only 8,000 currently hold the CCIM designation.  The Chicago-based CCIM Institue is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
