Mark Moore is a Specialist in Commercial Real Estate. His career has spanned more than 30 years and includes commercial brokerage, commercial property management, loan work-out for national banks, and development and construction of multifamily housing properties. Mark excels in providing marketing and consulting services specializing in office and industrial properties. His clients include private investors, insurance companies, major corporations and many mid-size companies. He holds a B.A. Degree from the University of Minnesota. In addition, Mark has studied at Northwestern University (Chicago), and has taken courses in real estate appraisal, financing and law at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and is a former management consultant for KPMG, LLP. Mark holds a Minnesota broker’s license, has passed the Federal General Real Estate Appraisal Examination, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. Mark is a past director of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) as well as a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), NAIOP, and the Organization of Commercial Realtors. He is also the past president of the Edina-Morningside Rotary Club in Edina, Minnesota, and past Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 5950 and is a veteran of the Marine Corps.
