Suzie Rettinger is a sales and leasing member of the Griffin Retail Team providing services to tenants, buyers and owners needing specialized knowledge of the retail markets throughout the Upper Midwest. Suzie's background in customer service enables her to connect with her clients in a special way to understand their individual needs and provide unique solutions that benefit their business objectives. She is involved in many different areas of real estate including tenant representation, project leasing, surplus space disposition and land acquisition. Griffin Retail represents several well known retailers such as Slumberland Furniture, Brunswick Zone Family Entertainment Centers, Massage Retreat, National Camera and Video, Bennigan’s Grill and Tavern, and ACE hardware. Griffin Retail also is the exclusive provider of surplus space disposition services through a long‐term relationship with Excess Space Retail Services, New York. Clients include Super‐ Valu, Nash Finch, Home Depot, Shopko and others. Suzie is a graduate of Bemidji State University with a B.S. degree. She is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).
