Cory Miller specializes in Representation Services for owners and tenants of office and industrial space in the Twin Cities Metro Area. He builds solid relationships when facilitating relocations and renewal negotiations for his clients which include finance, business services, investment, non-profit and manufacturing organizations.

With over 20 years of executive-level management experience, Cory is well-versed in executing the logistics of marketing and leasing office and industrial space. He is a creative problem solver with experience relocating companies and has had direct involvement with building construction projects. Cory understands the value of relationships and communicating the strategic and financial impact real estate decisions can have on a client's future. Clients appreciate Cory's honesty, integrity and ability to keep them apprised of the transaction's progress.

Cory achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008, is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) organizations.

Cory is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Mankato with a B.S. in Accounting and has completed an M.B.A. in Finance at the University of St. Thomas.
