Wayne Kratzer has successfully represented principal investors in both the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout Central United States.

Wayne he has executed over $300MM of transactions in 11 states representing over 3MM square feet in most major real estate sectors. Transactions include multi-state portfolios, one-off properties, single tenant net-leased properties, build-to-suit leasebacks, and UPREITS.

Wayne is the Senior member and leads Griffins Investment Services Team. He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

A representative Client list includes Bradley Real Estate Trust, Catholic Charities, Target Corporation, Rreef, Reliance Development, Crescent Heights, and Capital Growth.
