Wes Johnson is responsible for the directing, planning, budgeting, marketing and daily operations for Griffin Company’s Commercial Property Management and oversight of the Maintenance and Construction Advisory departments. Wes supervises property managers, property administrators, accounting, maintenance, and onsite staff members for the properties Griffin manages, and is also responsible for customer relations. He has more than 30 years of experience in management, sales, leasing, construction management and maintenance of properties. Wes has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds the Minnesota Real Estate Brokers and Chief Grade C Engineer licenses
