Linda Zelm is an accomplished real estate sales and leasing professional with over twenty years of experience. She specializes in the retail markets throughout the Midwest, representing both owners and tenants in sales and leasing transactions. Linda’s practice has given her a wide range of experience with deals involving land, investment sales, tenant representation, project leasing, and surplus space disposition. Her extensive network of real estate decision makers including retailers, city officials, brokers and developers has proven valuable to her clients. Griffin Retail represents several well known retailers such as Slumberland Furniture, Brunswick Zone Family Entertainment Centers, Ace Hardware, National Camera and Video, Bennigan’s, Massage Retreat, and Children of America. Griffin Retail also is the exclusive provider of surplus space disposition services through a long‐term relationship with Excess Space Retail Services, New York. Clients include SuperValu, Nash Finch, Home Depot, Shopko, and others. Linda has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin. She has earned her Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) designation granted by ICSC, and her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) granted by the National Association of Realtors. Linda is a leader in the real estate industry, having served as President and National Delegate of the Minnesota Chapter of CREW Network, President of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and Director of the Minnesota Association of Commercial Realtors and on various committees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fairview Foundation.
