BUSINESS APPROACH PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Since joining Griffin Companies, Tuineau brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction he is involved with. As a broker, Tuineau is focused primarily on client representation and the sale and lease of commercial properties. He aggressively markets properties and directs transactions for clients who range from corporate users to non-profit organizations. With an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Twin Cities Metro Area Commercial Real Estate Market, Tuineau is responsible for the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. He begins each assignment by understanding the specific goals of the client and then by using market knowledge and vast networking resources, matches the right landlord or tenant with the right property. This is what Tuineau does best.

INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP
Acting on behalf of landlords and tenants, Tuineau helps establish budgets and marketing plans, conducts all showings and remains involved during space planning and construction. Tuineau actively negotiates lease terms and purchase agreements, and actively facilitates tenant move-in.

BUILDING ON SUCCESS
Prior to joining Griffin Companies, Tuineau Alipate graduated with a BA in Sports Management with a minor in Business from Washington State University. From there, Tuineau went on to enjoy a successful professional football career in the NFL, playing Middle Linebacker with the Los Angeles Raiders, New York Jets, Green Bay Packers and finishing his career with the Minnesota Vikings. A proven competitor, Tuineau has transferred the tenacity it takes to be successful on the football field to the arena of Commercial Real Estate.
