Mark Young joined Griffin Companies in 2004 as a Sales and Leasing Associate. He specializes in providing sales and leasing services to business in the eastern metro area. Mark’s background includes expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and strategic business planning.

Drawing on his strong analytical and technical skills, Mark provides research data and analysis to clients while assisting in site searches and selection, tenant representation, and the marketing of properties. He fully understands and is experienced with the complexities of the entire sale and lease negotiation process and is diligent in his efforts to seek out all possible opportunities to ensure that his clients’ best interests are achieved.

Mark’s success within Griffin Companies’ can be attributed to his superior market knowledge and his skill in building lasting relationships with his clients. Mark works daily to remain fully informed on the ever-changing commercial real estate market and seeks out ways to communicate market changes, trends, and current market conditions to his clients. Mark adds creativity to his sales approach to maintain a fresh perspective on his clients’ real estate needs.

Mark is a graduate of St. Cloud University with a Business degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Mark is an active member in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). Mark also belongs to the BNI Business Builders of Woodbury and the Oakdale Business and Professional Association
